AI consulting

Stop losing business because follow-ups fall through the cracks.

Darrell Tang runs the AI workflow consulting practice at Nexara Pacific Technologies, which helps San Diego small businesses and non-profits catch the work that's quietly falling through the cracks, and the business that goes with it. The most common starting point is follow-up: leads and clients who don't hear back in time. Intake forms, document routing, data entry, and reporting are common next targets once the highest-impact fix is handled. This practice works with businesses from solo operations up through established teams, based in San Diego first and open to remote work beyond that.

How it works

How does this work?

There's no packaged audit or sales pitch. Every engagement starts with a real conversation about your problem.

You reach out. Describe the workflow costing you time: follow-ups, intake, reporting, whatever it is.

Darrell follows up directly. A call or a message, not a form. You're talking to the person who'd scope it, not someone routing you to them.

You talk through the fix together. What's possible, what it takes to build, and whether the timeline and budget make sense, before anything moves forward.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does this cost?

Nexara Pacific quotes every engagement individually after a short scoping conversation, based on the workflow being fixed and what it takes to build. The number you get is fixed and confirmed before any work begins, and it doesn't change once the engagement starts.

What if this doesn't actually fix anything for my business?

That's what the scoping conversation is for: confirming the fix is worth building before anyone commits to it. Revisions going back and forth before anything is called finished is normal on every engagement running right now, not a sign something's wrong. If the fit isn't there, that comes out in the conversation, not after you've committed to something.

Am I actually working with you, or do I get handed off to someone else?

Darrell scopes, leads, and signs off on every engagement personally. That's not the same as claiming he writes every line of every workflow himself, and it shouldn't be: the point is that the person who understands your problem stays accountable for the fix, not a rotating cast you have to re-explain things to.

Is this just another 'add AI to everything' pitch?

No. The starting point is never 'here's a tool you should use,' it's a specific workflow costing you time: follow-ups that fall through the cracks, forms sitting in an inbox, reports built by hand every week. Whatever fixes that problem is the right tool for the job, and most of the time you won't need to know or care what's running underneath it.
